Vacant Positions:
Position: Manager – Training & Quality Assurance
Grade: AVP/VP
Key Responsibilities
- Train new hires at the contact center, following a structured training program.
- Provide training on new products and services for existing staff.
- Conduct refresher courses to ensure high-quality standards for current products and services.
- Share updates on products, promotions, and loyalty programs with the contact center team.
- Conduct monthly quizzes to assess knowledge among contact center staff.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance service understanding at the contact center.
- Work with various departments to resolve customer complaints quickly.
- Review calls and give feedback to team members to ensure quality service.
- Comply with the policies of Bank of Punjab and other regulatory authorities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution (local or international).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in the banking industry, with at least 3 years in a relevant role. Preference will be given to candidates with specific experience related to the role.
