Vacant Positions:
- Citizen Support Services Response Agent (CSSRA) (BPS-15)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree having 2nd class from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Experience is required in call centers or IT projects of at least one year.
- Minimum typing speed of words per minute should be 35.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English/Urdu is required.
2. Electrical Technicians/Operators (BPS-15)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering having 2nd class from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: 1 year of experience is required in the relevant field.
Application Process:
- Candidates need to bring the required documents at the time of the written and skill test/interview Original academic certificates, Experience certificates, ID card, Domicile certificate, two recent passport-size photographs with a blue background. For minority candidates, an affidavit countersigned by the District Coordination Officer (DCO).
- Interested applicants are requested to send their latest resumes at www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk.
- Application processing fee is Rs. 1500/-.
- Fee payment can be made via 1Link (ATMs, Internet Banking, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, U-Paisa, etc.) through 24 digit PSID generated by application submission.
- Transgender candidates can apply according to the Protection of Rights Act 2018.
- A five-year age relaxation is provided under government rules.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test, skill test, and interview.
- Applicants must undergo a medical examination. Candidates with Hepatitis B, C, or other ailments will be disqualified.
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) is allowed for the test/interview.
- Successful candidates by the department will have to pass the security clearance process.
