Vacant Positions:
1. Principal
- Requirements: Master’s degree in Nursing (MScN) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PN&MC).
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a senior role such as Principal, Assistant Professor, or an equivalent position, along with 5 years in clinical or administrative work in healthcare.
- Minimum of 2 research articles published in reputable nursing or health journals.
2. Nursing Manager
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN) or Post RN BSN from a recognized university.
- Registered with PN&MC.
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role in a teaching hospital.
- Preference for candidates with a diploma in Hospital Management or MPH.
3. Assistant Nurse Manager – Critical Care
- Requirements: BSc in Nursing (Generic) or Post RN BSN from a recognized university.
- PN&MC registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICU, CCU, or ER, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Preference for candidates with relevant ICU/CCU/ER certifications or diplomas.
4. Assistant Nurse Manager – Operation Theatre
- Requirements: BScN or Post RN BSN from a recognized institution.
- PN&MC registration.
- At least 5 years of experience in an OT setting, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Preference for candidates with a one-year OT diploma or relevant certifications.
5. Infection Control Nurse
- Requirements: Post RN or BSN or BScN from a recognized university.
- PN&MC registration.
- 5 years of post-qualification experience, including work as an Infection Control Nurse.
- Preference for candidates with a one-year diploma in Infection Prevention and Control.
6. Registered Nurse Officer
- Requirements: BScN or Post RN BSN with midwifery from a recognized institution.
- PN&MC registration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
7. Registered Nurse Officer
- Requirements: BScN or Post RN BSN with a one-year specialty diploma from a recognized institution.
- PN&MC registration.
- 1 year of experience.
8. Nursing Assistant (Female)
- Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant diploma, LHV diploma, or Community Midwife diploma.
- PN&MC registration.
Application Process:

- Complete the form and submit it along with your biodata and attested photocopies of educational and experience certificates to the HR Department at MTI Bannu.
- Pay the application fee as per the following structure:
- Rs. 2000 for Nursing Manager and Principal positions.
- Rs. 1500 for Assistant Nurse Manager positions.
- Rs. 1000 for other positions.
- Payments should be deposited to the specified Bank of Khyber account, and the receipt must be attached to the application.
- Deadline: 13 November, 2024.
- Submission of applications in both online and hard copies is necessary.
- Original documents must be present at the time of the interview.
