Vacant Positions:
- Legal Advisor (Service Matters)
- Qualification: LLB (preferably LLM or Bar at Law) from a recognized university.
- Experience: At Least 15 years of practice in High Courts or Supreme Court.
- Requirements:
- Extensive experience in service laws and handling cases in relevant government departments, including Service Tribunals, Ombudsman, and other legal forums.
- Must have an office in Lahore.
- Good understanding of Civil Service Law, including E&D rules, NIRC, and Wafaqi Mohtasib laws.
- Proficient in dealing with government legal procedures.
2. Legal Advisor (Corporate Matters)
- Education: LLB (preferably LLM or Bar at Law) from a recognized university or institution.
- Experience: At least 15 years of practice in High Courts or Supreme Court..
- Requirements:
- Significant experience in corporate law, including cases related to companies, public sector organizations, and government bodies.
- Must be knowledgeable in Company Law, SECP rules, Taxation, Banking Law, and Insurance Law.
- Must have an office in Lahore.
- Ability to handle corporate legal matters, including tenders, contracts, and negotiations.
