Vacant Positions:
- Director of Sales and Marketing
Requirements:
- Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field. However, individuals with Engineering degrees in Mechanical or Metallurgy will be preferred.
- Experience: Over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the steel industry or similar fields.
- Skills:
- Experience in business development or marketing of steel/engineering products.
- Good knowledge of government policies like fiscal, tariff, trade, and industrial policies, along with understanding the execution of government orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and brand awareness.
- Set ambitious sales and export goals for local and international markets and create strategies to achieve these targets.
- Manage the sales process and ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Set individual and team targets, regularly review performance, and adjust strategies to exceed goals.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in the sales and marketing departments.
- Work closely with the finance, production, and logistics teams to ensure competitive pricing and maximum profitability.
