💼 Detailed Job Descriptions

1. Senior Cost Controller
   Location: Reko Diq SITE, Balochistan
   Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CA/CIMA certification preferred
   Experience: 7+ years in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, especially in construction or Oil & Gas
   Responsibilities: Lead cost management and budgeting, ensure financial efficiency, and manage forecasting for the mining project. Extensive ERP (SAP, Oracle) and Excel proficiency is required.
2. Senior Cost Analyst
   Location: Reko Diq SITE, Balochistan
   Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CA/CIMA certification preferred
   Experience: 5+ years in cost analysis or financial analysis
   Responsibilities: Drive cost control through budget monitoring, financial analysis, and strategic insights for project success. ERP, Excel, and Power BI skills are essential.
3. Mine Construction Surveyor
   Location: Reko Diq SITE, Balochistan
   Qualification: Bachelor’s in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
   Experience: Proven experience in construction surveying, preferably in mining
   Responsibilities: Conduct precise surveys, perform geodetic analysis, and coordinate project alignment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software is necessary.
4. Senior Scheduler
   Location: Karachi Office
   Qualification: University degree in Construction Management or related field
   Experience: 10+ years as a Project Scheduler in Construction
   Responsibilities: Establish schedules in Primavera P6, track progress, and coordinate engineering, procurement, and logistics. MS Project and Primavera expertise is a must.
5. Site Planner – Electrical
   Location: Karachi Office
   Qualification: University degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering
   Experience: 10+ years in construction scheduling, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
   Responsibilities: Manage and integrate contractor schedules into the master project schedule, ensuring accuracy. Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project is crucial.
6. IT Officer
   Location: Karachi Office
   Qualification: Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science
   Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT support or a related field
   Responsibilities: Provide IT support, network management, user training, and asset tracking for the project.
