| Chief Pilot | Must hold a valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a minimum of 3,000 flying hours, including 2,000 hours on twin-engine jet aircraft and 500 hours on turboprop planes. |
| Pilot | Requires a valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with at least 2,000 flying hours, including 1,000 hours on twin-engine jet aircraft (200 hours as Pilot-in-Command). |
| Co-Pilot | Must possess a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with a minimum of 2,000 flying hours, including 500 hours on twin-engine aircraft. |
