Vacant Positions:
- Registrar (BPS-20)
- Qualifications: A postgraduate degree (preferably with a first-class) and 16 years of education from a recognized university. Candidates should have 17 years of administrative experience in a relevant role, at BPS-17 level or higher, within a university, government, or autonomous organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the university’s main administrative officer, managing records and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with university rules, government, and autonomous body regulations.
- Conduct elections for statutory bodies and manage IT and administrative systems.
- Work closely with university management on operational issues and handle any legal matters involving the university.
- Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree (preferably with a first-class) and 16 years of education, plus 17 years of experience in teaching, administration, or exam management at BPS-17 level or above, in a university or related institution.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all examination activities and records at the university.
- Ensure timely organization and announcement of exam results.
- Coordinate with university administration for convocation events.
- Use IT tools to streamline exam processes and record-keeping.
- Librarian (BPS-17)
- Qualifications: A postgraduate degree in Library Science (preferably with a first-class) from a recognized university, and 13 years of experience in library management at BPS-17 level or above.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and modernize library systems, including digital cataloging (e.g., KOHA).
- Organize library resources for easy access and assist with data analysis.
- Promote library use through community outreach programs.
- Support a welcoming environment for staff and students and manage digital and printed resources.

- Complete the form and submit it with your resume, two recent passport-sized photos, and attested copies of your degrees, certificates, and experience documents. Include a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 3000, payable through a bank draft or university challan.
- Make sure your application reaches the Registrar’s Office by November 10, 2024.
- If applying for more than one position, submit separate applications and fees for each role.
- Applicants already working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channels and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
