This initiative will help develop high-quality surgical products and support the local industry in manufacturing precise and advanced tools. Vacant Positions:
1. Project Director (Pay Scale: PPS-10)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (BS/BTech/DAE also accepted).
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience, or 15 years if holding a BS/BTech/DAE degree.
- Responsibilities: Oversee the initial setup and smooth running of the project.
2. Manager (Pay Scale: PPS-8)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field (BS/BTech/DAE also accepted).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience, or 12 years with a BS/BTech/DAE degree.
- Responsibilities: Supervise the technical work during the project’s early phases and manage implementation tasks.
3. Assistant Manager (Pay Scale: PPS-7)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related (BS/BTech/DAE also considered).
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a BS/BTech/DAE degree.
- Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in project execution.
