Position: Deputy Manager of Student Affairs
Department: Directorate of Student Affairs
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s from an HEC-recognized university.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, and writing.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Job Purpose: The Deputy Manager of Student Affairs will work to support and enrich student life on campus, ensuring students have a positive and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the registrar, admissions office, and academic departments to organize orientation sessions for new students at all academic levels.
- Plan annual graduation ceremonies in collaboration with faculty and student volunteers.
- Work with leaders of student societies and clubs to plan a calendar of events each semester, enhancing student engagement and aligning with the university’s goals.
- Oversee UCP’s involvement in media-related activities with Dunya TV/The Lahore Shows, including managing guest coordination and audience arrangements.
