Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat Jobs Details:

Vacant Positions:

1. Consultant IRD (Informal Resolution of Disputes)
   • Grade Level: Equivalent to BS-18/19
   • Eligibility:
     • Retired officers from BS-18 to BS-21 with a minimum of 15 years experience in fields like Government Administration, Judiciary, or Law Enforcement.
     • Law graduates with judicial or private sector experience are preferred.
     • Candidates with skills in mediation or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are given preference.
2. Commissioner IRD (Informal Resolution of Disputes)
   • Grade Level: Equivalent to BS-20/21
   • Eligibility:
     • Responsible for managing and resolving disputes and complaints as per Article 33 of the President’s Order.
     • Initial contract term is three months, with extensions based on performance.
