1. General Manager (Tech)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Metallurgy).
- Experience: 12+ years in production or manufacturing, preferably in the metal industry.
2. Assistant Manager (Tech)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Metallurgy).
- Experience: More than 03 years in manufacturing or production, preferably in the metal industry.
3. Assistant Manager (Admin)
- Qualification: MBA (preferably in HR).
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role.
4. Technical Officer
- Qualification: DAE in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
- Experience: 15+ years of industrial experience in the relevant field.
5. Supervisor (Technical)
- Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Associate Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, or Electronics) with first division.
- Experience: 2+ years in a relevant role.
6. Supervisor (Purchase)
- Qualification: B.Sc. ,B.Com, DAE with computer literacy.
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar role.
7. Senior Assistant (HR/Admin)
- Qualification: B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com with computer literacy.
- Experience: More than two years in a commercial setting.
8. Godown Keeper
- Qualification: B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com.
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar role.
9. High Skilled Mistry
- Qualification: Matric, preferably with science.
- Experience: 10-15 years in relevant trades such as machining, PLC, hydraulics, and electronics.
10. High Skilled (Boiler Operator)
- Qualification: Matric with a third-class boiler operator certificate.
- Experience: 10-15 years as a boiler operator.
11. High Skilled Worker
- Qualification: Matric, preferably with science or arts.
- Experience: 10-15 years in relevant trades such as machining, PLC, hydraulics, and maintenance.
12. Skilled Worker
